A Decade of Growth
and Milestones

Branch entered India in 2019 after obtaining its NBFC license and issued its first loan in the country the same year. Since then, India has become a key market for Branch's digital lending services. Through the Branch app, users can apply for personal loans, access credit quickly, and manage repayments seamlessly. In 2024, Branch crossed a ₹500 crore loan book in India and now facilitates over one million loans every month.

Neeraj leads Branch's India business. Previously, he served as a consultant with Accenture, and has held tech, strategy & marketing roles in financial services. He is an alumnus of IIT Guwahati and IIM Lucknow.

Anshul leads Branch's engineering team. He comes with extensive startup experience and has worked at companies like Zynga and Urban Ladder. He graduated from IIT Roorkee, with learning stints at UFL and IIM Ahmedabad.

Chief Technology Officer

Anshu heads the global Finance function at Branch. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He started his career with KPMG and moved on to Credit Suisse and Maersk before joining Branch.

Ankita heads Finance in India, leading financial operations and strategic initiatives. Prior to Branch, she has worked with EY and BDO India, gaining experience in audit and financial advisory, and brings a strong, detail-oriented approach to finance.

Vishal leads Branch's operations in India. His decade-plus professional journey includes stints at companies such as Amazon and eLitmus. He is an alumnus of IIM Rohtak.

Vishal Kaushik

Krishnapriya heads the People function in India. She brings experience from organizations such as Fiserv and JustAnswer, where she has built people processes from scratch, driven engagement, and supported business growth. She is an alumna of IIT Kharagpur.

Krishnapriya Janardhanan

Head of People Operations

Divya leads People Operations and Business Partnering at Branch in India, focusing on building scalable people processes and a strong employee experience. She brings experience in HR Operations and Organizational Development, and has previously helped build teams at Urban Company.

Divya Sethi

People Operations Manager

Sharath leads Credit and Analytics for Branch in India. With over a decade of experience in data science, he has worked with organizations such as DataRobot and Flipkart, building high-performing teams and driving data-led strategy. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur.

Sharath Pareddy

Sricheta leads Marketing for India, bringing extensive experience in financial services. Prior to Branch, she has worked with Bajaj Finserv and KreditBee, with experience spanning sales, product, and marketing strategy.
